Our Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us. If you are not satisfied with your Kawai Piano Technology online purchase, please return the relevant product(s), packed in their original packing, within 14 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase and a letter of explanation, to:

We will gladly exchange the relevant product(s), or refund the purchase price (excluding delivery charges). However, subject to your Statutory Rights, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund in the event that we consider that our returns policy is being abused.
Lay-by Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fee on lay-by items of 20% of the sale price of the item will be charged.
If the lay-by is cancelled after the 12 week lay-by term has expired
no refund will be payable.
Damaged and Defective Items
If you purchase a product which is defective or has been damaged in transit, we will gladly exchange or refund that item at our cost (excluding delivery charges). However, if, in our opinion, the returned product is not defective, the cost of re-delivering that product may be charged to you.
